Mixed Berry Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup blackberries, sliced
  • 1/4 cup raspberries
  • 1/4 cup banana, sliced

Directions

Add the oats to your container of choice, then pour in the milk. Add the non-fat greek yogurt and chia seeds and stir until well combined. 

Cover and refrigerate for at least a few hours, or overnight, until the oats have softened. Top with the sliced blackberries, banana and raspberries and enjoy.
